Vacuum Trays

All of our presses work with removable trays; this method ensures no heat build-up during the day giving consistent colours through the whole operation time. The trays are all built on jigs to ensure repeatable dimensions of the tray and the registration pins. The body of the tray is made from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel with aluminium top clamp frame. The top of the tray incorporates a vacuum seal.

We have a range of sizes to suit most products; however, if your products don't fit in our standard trays, we can tailor-make trays to suit your needs.

Looking for more information about the sizes of our vacuum trays? Take a look at our handy tray size table.

Efficient design

All trays are manufactured from stainless steel for strength and durability. The design of the trays guarantee the repeatability of the registration of prints to your components.

Our special hinge design ensures easy sealing between the trays and the presses, minimising the escape of hot air.

Tray insert and nest design

The most time-efficient method of swapping between different components is to have trays set up with the different inserts and nests.

Innovative design of inserts can reduce the total number of trays needed. The example shown here has a set up for four different configurations: 4 mobile phones, 2 mobile phones and 1 small tablet, 2 small tablets or 1 large tablet.
